Project Overview
Ai Nutritionist is an innovative feature embedded within Bayzat's Employee Engagement platform, designed to provide users with personalized nutrition guidance based on their individual health profiles stored in our HR system. By leveraging the capabilities of the OpenAI API, we developed a conversational bot that integrates seamlessly with our member database, delivering relevant and certified nutritional information. Collaborating closely with qualified nutritionists, we ensured that the content is accurate, trustworthy, and tailored to enhance users' health and well-being. This project not only empowered users with instant access to desired information at any time but also significantly reduced service costs and boosted user engagement across the platform.

My Contributions
I led the design and implementation of an intuitive user interface that adheres to international UI/UX standards. I conducted in-depth user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points related to accessing nutritional information. Utilizing these insights, I crafted user-centric designs and wireframes that facilitated seamless interaction with the Ai Nutritionist bot, ensuring a cohesive experience within the Bayzat platform.

Collaborating closely with developers, nutritionists, and data scientists, I effectively integrated the OpenAI API to present information in a user-friendly manner. I orchestrated multiple rounds of usability testing to gather feedback, iterating on designs to enhance functionality and user satisfaction. Additionally, I ensured the platform meets global accessibility standards (WCAG), making the feature inclusive for all users. By monitoring user engagement metrics, I optimized the interface to reduce load times and improve responsiveness.
